Pricing
Every number below is read from the API when this page is drawn, so it is the same figure the product enforces. Upgrading happens inside the account -- sign-up is one screen and always starts on the free plan.
The plan catalogue publishes amounts per month and does not name a currency, so this page does not print a symbol it would have had to choose itself. The checkout states the currency you are billed in.
Gating is opt-in: a capability that is not in this table is available on every plan, so a new feature is never accidentally locked away from people already paying.
| Capability | Free | Starter | Pro | Scale |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Fuzzy and contains match rules | No | Included | Included | Included |
| Complex criteria on a field rule | No | Included | Included | Included |
| Append, fill-null and truncating writes | No | No | Included | Included |
| Share a plan with somebody who has no account | Included | Included | Included | Included |
| Apply a plan into a source org | No | No | No | Included |
| API keys for machine access | No | No | Included | Included |
| More than one user | No | Included | Included | Included |
The allowance above is the number the API publishes for the plan. The edges -- whether a recipient suppressed before dispatch counts, whether each step of a sequence counts, whether an A/B holdout counts when it is released -- are not yet written down anywhere in the product, so we are not going to assert them here. If your volume depends on one of those answers, ask before you commit.
The plan catalogue lists API access against Pro, Scale. Keys are issued by the operator rather than created from inside the account, so ask before you plan a build around one.
The organisation drops to the free plan. It does not lock, and the records stay. The data is yours, and a customer who cannot log in cannot pay. Every list page exports what it is showing to CSV on any plan; anything larger than that is a ticket rather than a button, and the help page says so in full.
No. You connect your own relay and the relay bills you for postage at its own rates. That is the point: the sending account, and the reputation attached to it, belong to you and not to us.
Sign-ups are unavailable just now. The ladder above is what an account includes when sign-ups reopen.
